Do any of you ladies who might be in my area know of any reasonably priced rooms just outside of where I live that me and my friend could go to? Hotels are near us but too near really. Thank you for your help in advance

Why don't you Google, you may even get somewhere at a reduced price. Also Trip Advisor may help as it may have reviews on different places. You could also Google B&Bs.

If you sign up on booking com to their secret deals newsletter it can give you slightly cheaper options

Laterooms.com. alpharooms. There are lots of late or cheap deal places if you look online.
