First paragraph put me off. Didn't read any further. Trying to stand out by implying that others are fakes/liars is not a cool look.

I agree.

I really don't like reading profiles like that. I have seen a few negative profiles like that. Nothing worse than reading something like

I can get women off fab.

I am not desperate like the other single men on fab.

I am genuine not like all the fakes on here.

etc

I see the profile is still the same. Why do people ask for advice and not take it?

You could try being hgonest in your profile and admit you are cheating on your wife.
