Just be very, very careful. On play with experienced and sane people. A perforated intestine wouldn't be fun

They don't go that far in, and are usually bulbous not pronged. I wasn't on the receiving end but its good fun. Can't say I'd rush out and buy one unless you love to to keep things kinked constantly. Mind you I've only played with one once, so there's probably a few positions still left to do

Well after the weekend I can say they are FUN!!! And as someone has pointed out, the hook has a ball on the end, not a point!

Was fun when I tried one. Had wrists suspended from the ceiling and the hook was suspended at the right level to stop me from moving. Then had a woman give me possibly the best BJ ever, more intense as I could not move.

So they are fun if used properly and with someone who knows what they are doing.

Never get one without a bulbous end - that is just asking for trouble.

That being said I (F) LOVE ours - it's fabulous and ties in really well with bondage play (Pun intended )

Thank you for all your comments. I will certainly take note of the 'bulbous end' comments and be safe, should I ever go there! It seems like such an odd thing to do and potentially dangerous.
