why isnt my couple profile being approved

Me and my partner have tried setting a couple profile up but it keeps saying its pending and will take 5-10 mins 3 hours later still not been approved. Can any one help?

It will probably take longer than a quarter of an hour for Admin to get to your message (if they are even online just now) never mind be able to answer you that quickly seeing as they will get loads of messages per day - best be patient and wait for them to reply

You can just create a profile and then get it approved via email.x

I messaged them 4 hour ago I no it takes a while but usually approving profiles happens straight away never had probs before
