How do you Block or Blur face pics ? do you need to download some software to do it ?

enough cider lager beer or couple bottles of wine will do the trick

Or try editing the pic most paint type software should allow you to swirl the faces

Hi.... not sure how many photographs you want to "blur" out faces on.... & yes i think you wud need to download some software...

A really good free software photo-package is.... GIMP it has lots of features for editing pix, but maybe a little to advanced if your needs are only a simple blur job..

There are other software packages available tho....

Assuming your using windows, just use Microsoft Paint

or use one of many freeware packages out there; some are very simple and some more complex. A site like www.snapfiles.com has hundreds of freeware and shareware progs.

Photobucket is quite good online too. (just make sure you have made the album private or anyone can see what you upload)

When I did mine. I used the paint prog,that comes with windows, so there's no need to download any prog's you don't want.
