God I need a meet!

you are not alone we had no new meets this years not through choice no one wants to meet with us put 6 different meets up only to be messed around and let down last minute or no shows !!!

The scene has most certainly slowed right down in these past 18 months, I find it easy to find women to chat to on here, sadly they're typically miles away, and if they're local (within 30 or so miles) then they're always busy.

Why not pop along to one if the west Mids clubs?

If nothing else you'll meet some people that might lead to a meet at a later date.

In fairness as a female I don't have that many problems getting a meet, but I've NEVER had one off posting a meet today, do I don't bother with them.

Good luck, sure you'll find your meet.

I think quite a lot of people use clubs (like us) as we like the spontaneous nature of meeting rather than organising a "meet" it also means if we don't want to play we don't have to

I hate to say that the local who are 'busy' are probably just enjoying the attention with no real intention of meeting.

I agree with this, its amazing how many people are great at chatting but when you actually try to fix a time and date go cold on the whole thing.

Ah well that's fab, and like it has been said maybe many people are now playing at clubs where if someone fails to show, there are always others there to join in with.

Yeah I agree, can't seem to get the meets I used too.

Chameleons and partners are the two we go to, I used to go to cupids years ago but haven't been as a couple yet. That was fine as well

Disagree.

If you're articulate and confident then they're actually quite good. Not a 100% hit rate (so to speak) but cupids was a happy place for me when I was single

It is easier to go to clubs for many, that's certainly the case for us. People do have busy working lives and, as in our case, the OH doesn't work a 9-5 and his business is busy at the minute.

When we do have free time to enjoy this scene it's usually last minute so going to clubs suits us. We tend to get invites to parties too via a network of

people we've met.

People use the scene as and when it suits them.

Check out the meet forum and the UK forum for Socials in your area. They are great for making friends, getting veris and laying the groundwork for meets.

To the OP - I'm not sure God uses the forums so you may need to seek help elsewhere!

As for the Scene slowing down as some have stated - I disagree - and if you think it's just a local issue then try looking further afield and via clubs and social events. There's nowhere in the country more than an hour from a club - and if the mountain won't come to Mohammed.......

Never had a problem at either and in our experience don't feel that your observation is a fair reflection of either club.

The answer to clubs is a bit like "how long is a piece of string?" Depends on the day, time, where what type of club weather traffic and on and on. If you go expecting that everyone is in one room fucking and sucking everything in reach you'll be disappointed

After taking in your profile I'm very surprised that you're not able to get a good meet. You both look and sound like you'd be a lot of fun on a day like this.

Although it does suggest that your selection criteria is lacking if you're being messed around.
