Ben Wah Balls - Stuck!

Now I've never experienced this before but it appears to have happened to a partner in crime. Despite being in for a full 5km run one of the little suckers will not come out and she's getting worried.

I wouldn't want to come out either but suggestions welcomed!?

I had a similar experience with a kegel ball a few weeks ago - squatting and relaxing helped!

After much laughter and an excuse for some extended oral disaster is over - Though I'm sure it was all a ploy to get me to come and help...
