We’re thinking about trying to meet a random guy in a hotel bar has anyone else done this if so any tips on how to make it happen ??

Head for a hotel that has tradies. Pop to the bar in the evening and just get chatting. If you click, ask if they want to join for a nightcap.

I'm regularly a solo guy at hotels, haven't had it happen for me yet, but know guys who have.

Not with a random from a bar. But all of my meets have been with ladies from Fab which after socials ended up at hotels.

I like that fab allows me to be specific of who I meet.

I’m always in hotels but usually midweek so not lucky enough to be approached yet

We both spent years in hundreds of hotels for holidays and work and would say it’s fairly easy to achieve this if you want to. There are usually guys alone in hotels they are often found in the bar and from personal experience many will respond favourably to flirting.

We have had a few meets this way

You could use the "see who's near" feature on Fab. Put a status up saying which hotel bar you're at and you'll probably get lots of interest.
