Hi all, we've recently visited a few nudist beaches, and we were wondering how things start there. We noticed a few people up to things, but didn't really know how to get involved

Mmm this is a bit of a surprise, it may be that folks think you are a little young to be interested in playing so you might have to take a bit of a lead. Not everyone on a naturist beach is into casual sex play so be a little bit discreet.

Just because people enjoy being naked on the beach does not mean they are there for sex!

We love a day naked on a quiet isolated beach, mainly to get an all over tan and for a naked swim.

Not all nudists are swingers

I was under the impression nudist beaches were purely just to get an even tan, be free as you were born and to enjoy naturism. Playings normally frowned upon. That said if we saw someone playing we wouldn’t be offended but just don’t think that’s what they are used for?

As said naturist beaches are frequented by naturists, not necessarily swingers. I go to Druridge Bay and I absolutely hate all the men 'prairie dogging' in the dunes or sitting around wanking.

Druridge Bay was actually closed to naturists for a bit because of 'nuisance swingers'. Naturists beaches generally discourage any sort of play, they're there for folk who just want to be naked in the sun.

Naturism is enjoying nature in all its beauty . I was raised within a naturist family. ( they were also swingers/ but they kept both separate) . Nudity is only sexual when it’s made to be so. Like everything, it gets ruined by the minority ( in this case single / selfish / obnoxious men ) .

One of my first experiences was a couple taking me to bghs in Brighton. It was so long ago it was £12 to enter. ABGHS naturist Spa, it felt so natural that it was a life charger. Took a few years to get to a naturist beach but now it's one of the most enjoys things to do.

part of duridge bay has been an unofficial naturist beach for literally decades. It has never been closed to naturists at anytime.

I was at Morfa on Monday, beautiful day relaxing naked. I did see a couple in the dunes there whilst i was finding my spot but i was just happy enjoying the peace.

One or two guys walked by and smiled but unless im there with a partner i tend to just enjoy the freedom.

It’s an odd dynamic. Being naked in public with other naked strangers. You don’t know what their reason for being there is unless you see obvious cues or overt acts. Nudists won’t see anything sexual in being naked. Personally I see it as very sexual. Be very discreet is all I can suggest lest you give immediate offense.

Recently went to wild pear beach in north Devon with a couple specifically to play. We had a wild time and no one batted an eyelid. We were moderately discrete and a few walked by to watch from afar but all very respectful.

It's well-known for the people that visit there that three rough areas although no clear boundaries. The first bit is pure naturism and nothing happens beyond that but wander further along and sometimes things are happening.

There is no way police are going to that beach. It's at least a mile walk and not a particualry easy walk and most of the time nothing is happening so police aren't just going to rock up. Not like there are 100 person rave sex orgies going on Most the odd person shagging in a tent or a few blowies in the sand dunes.

Just go for a walk and say hello to people. It will figure itself out if it’s that way or not.

I use nude beaches alot like weekly in summer here and chst to lots of men / couples and the ultra rare single woman at the beach. Some are just chilling me mostly and occasionally some might ask if interested in something else.

I find the line most use is do you want help with sun cream as a breacher tbh

Just chat to people about general stuff.

Find out other places they visit.

If they are into swinging they will probably introduce it into conversation in a subtle way.

If we are interested we bring up the fact that we visit Cap D'Agde and Gran Canaria and see how they respond.

Some peoples interest pique, some say oh not for us.

People moan about single guys but we would recommend engaging with them as they can be a hive of information and are generally very chatty and respectful.

Good luck.

We visit the dunes near Barmouth and always chat to people who pass by.

We never discriminate between couples, singles, trans etc, all have a tale to tell.

Maybe don't let someone put their towels next to you.

We had a single woman park herself next to us, what a pain in the arse she was.

Of course they is always the Fab who's near function. The times I've met people on the beach for fun and games it has been through talking on Fab first. If you've walked a mile down a secluded beach and somebody is showing within 1/4 mile it's a pretty fair bet they on the beach too Of course not everyone is on Fab but huge number are.

It’s very secluded no one other than the nudists and swingers go there and as long as the swingers go up the top end then no issues it’s quite out there everyone is just going at it at the top end
