Use psyllium husks to get a regular bowel movement and solid 💩 … helps reduce the stress factor of a messy play … douche lightly after … don’t pour lots of water up your bum … it will go up your colon and dislodge stuff you don’t need dislodging … I also use Imodium instants a few hours before play to ensure no accidents (not eating too heavily also works!!)
