Long story short this girl gets pain after she cums. And she cums pretty fast. Have managed do make her multiple orgasm from penetration a couple of times but generally after the first time it gets too sore for her.

Have settled on making her cum orally and then penetrate her for a second orgasm.

But if I dont cum with her or quickly after her, I worry that she is in pain and I get in my head.

Are you using enough lube, is she allergic to condoms, are you indulging in plenty of foreplay? If the answers are yes, no, yes she needs to see a doctor to rule out any medical issue. I don't know her age but that could be a factor

Yes, no, yes. She has sensitive skin and she did use condoms for a bit but didn't make any difference when she stopped.

She has seen multiple doctors and specialists.

She said she has always had it.

Could she have thrush? I had it recently with no smelly discharge because of a combination of too many antibiotics, perfume in a vaginal moisturiser and an increase in my oestrogen. My labia and vagina felt like it was on fire.

No tried treatments for it. Didn't work. Ruled out by doctors. But thank you.

Is it possible she’s cumming so hard her cervix and uterus cramp, or is the pain definitely towards the entrance to her vagina? I’d start by getting really specific about exactly where the pain is and then exploring from there.

Yes definitely towards the front.

Thanks, I get what you are saying. We have a good sense of each other. The problem is she will try to push through the odd time and I am picking up on it. Sometimes we stop, park it completely or take a breather and start again. The majority of the time she tells me what she is feeling, even if it's as blunt as "you have to get out of me right now". We have an understanding to be honest with each other. My ego is the least of my concerns.
