SSRIs- Paroxetine's effect on Libido.

Two years ago I had to go on Paroxetine (10mg a day) due to a chronic inability to make proper use of serotonin. Since then my libido has steadily nose dived. Now I feel urges for sex, but no arousal. The reduction in my sex mania was nice, but it has gone too far and is wearing me down.

Is anyone else on that drug? Are there ways to restore the libido to a reasonable level whilst still on it?
