Hiya there … I’ve found it’s better to have the biggest one in first ideally on his back and mrs on top facing him (for me, she was kissing me mmmm) and then the other one from the back …. To avoid unwanted surprises, best to call it DVP.

As others have said, it’s easier for the second guy to go in at the rear where she’s more stretchy. .
