Texting for a code - network blocks?

Does anyone know if specific networks block texting for a Site Supporter code?

I moved from EE to Lebara and since doing this I can no longer upgrade by the text message route.

If they do, any idea how to unblock without talking to a human? Can’t see an option on the app or website.

Yes, I had this with Three, even though my spend cap was adequate. The premium rate phone method should work.

Don't think it's the network blocking as such but more the plan. Had same problem when switching found it was due to the plan being fixed so not able to increase the bill. So had to go down the bank card route doesn't show as anything other than a purchase on statement.
