i use silicon ones for day to day wear but love stainless jewelled ones for play wear and going out

I also use larger bases for longer wear just so I don’t have one pop in!!!

Metal one might look fancy. It it's gonna be a different one after a while to take out and have it in you. There are silicone ones with curved handle to help not keep it in the night and tight, lots of lube to stop the friction

Pjur back door lube or liquid silk lube. The numbing lubes aren't a good idea as pain is your body letting you know something isn't right but the pjur back door lube relaxes the muscles just right to help.

I used to shower after douching and put the plug in while in the shower. Favourite was Doc Johnson medium. Nice flared base so no worries about it going too far in and just flexible enough to be a good fit.
