Hi thanks for taking time to read this. And a general question, I’m looking at going to a club to break new ground as feel will best option , my question is how does it work in attire , do you get changed there . As I’d feel more attractive with lingerie on but not in a taxi going there lol

Do they have lockers changing room , how do you initiate if you like some one etc

All new and don’t want to come across as a idiot x a male friend fwb has spoke about coming but want to try new ground on my own x I’m thinking le boudoir maybe as k ow the area

Most clubs do have lockers where you can store your belongings during your club visit. In most cases, you get the locker key for a small deposit that you get back once you return the key at the end of your visit.

A lot of people turn up wearing regular clothes that adhere to the club's rules, then change when they feel they want to feel more sexy/daring. Some clubs have rules regarding dress down- for example, you need to dress down if you want to proceed to play rooms.

How to let people know you're interested? Best way is by talking to them. You can also wait to be spoken to, but then it may not be somebody you're attracted to.

Le boudoir is amazing. They have lockers (£20 deposit in cash), and changing rooms. Dress to impress (cocktail dresses etc), then change when you want to play. They have a great dance floor and social spaces as well as a large open room and private play rooms. They have lots of stairs so wear shoes that you can do them in. The playrooms are upstairs.

Speaking with someone is great. If you’re interested just ask “would you like to find a room?” If they say no thank you, smile thank them and move on. I typically give it 20 min or so, there’s always a moment of “will-we/wont-we” ask then.

Some pretty good advice already.

It depends how you feel a lot of the time, although a small number of clubs do have a policy of dress down on entry.

Some ladies (and even some gents) feel comfortable enough to dress down immediately but quite often there is a migration of sorts around 9-10pm when things start heating up.

Clubs vary and so do the events.

We only attend couples events that often allow single ladies also.

There's often a dress to impress arrival dress code and people can dress down into lingerie or whatever they wish when they feel comfortable.

Townhouse Wirral is our favourite.

None of the clubs I've been to have been "turn up, clothes off, straight to sex", and I'd be surprised if any are like that. There's a lot of time for more-or-less clothed social chat. You can meet people and get a feel for whether they like you.

There are many ways of initiating, and you might not have to if they get there first. "Shall we find a room?" is direct. Ask what they like to do, say "that sounds fun", or "I saw there's a swing (or whatever) in one of the rooms - I've always wanted to try that" and hope they take the hint. Ask if they'd like to come and have a wander and see what's going on. Watch some group play in an open room and ask if you can join in. Start getting tactile (with consent, of course), then "maybe we should take this elsewhere".

Your chances are always increased if you've had the vanilla social interaction first. And that's usually good in itself - it doesn't have to lead anywhere. Clubs are a great place to meet all kinds of people

I picked a quiet night, Wednesday at Chameleons, and went with a couple where I knew the male socially. I think it would be extremely hard completely on your own... knowing someone gives you an easy exit. That was important to me for a first time. I probably would go back on my own now. I turned up dressed in comfortable work clothes and changed into lingerie there. (It's a dress down club) There were lockers but the changing room was open.

As you’re London based there are some excellent woman only parties if you would like an event without male pressure/worries as a first try.

One Night Parties is particularly excellent.

A mixed club/venue to avoid is Rio’s. It’s awful.

I have been to quite a few clubs. Pretty much all have changing facilities and showers for afterwards. Some have separate ones for males, females and a 3rd for couples only.

My ex used to go in casual clothes and we would change together and she would add lingerie once there. Lockers for valuables and clothes are provided. Some clubs are dress down on entry, some specific times and others just insist on dress down in play areas. All clubs are different but none expect you to arrive in basque and suspenders. They provide places to change. Have fun x

Each club is so different. It's best to look at their websites and see which one appeals to you and what facilities they offer. Like our club in Nuneaton we have a simple dress code that helps people with knowing what to wear x
