Please help, I have done all I can to tick all the boxes, howver I am getting no joy.

I do read preferences of those whom I message

What is wrong with my profile?

I have a face pic however as I am in a public job I would rather keep it private and send in a message

You seem a bit down on yourself "I'm not the best looking and a bit overweight"

Loose that bit focus on what you do like and can offer and your luck may improve x

People will judge whether they find you attractive or not for themselves, saying you're not good looking will probably just put them off ever finding out.

Profile text looks ok. Not checked your pics. One of the reasons you're probably not getting much response is that you're only looking for single women under 40 who want to meet single guys and they are very much in the minority here.
