I achieve pretty much the same with home-grown Carolina Reaper chilli in home-made sauce. I didn't wash my mouth out well enough after having is smothered over cheesy chips before I went on to rim then fuck someone's asshole. I apologised, he said it was nice and tingly.

Very similar experience cooked a curry, didn't wash under my finger nails. Inserted fingers inside a lady. Thought I was doing a great job with her screaming!
