If your n the desk top version there’s a ‘tips’ link on the left column when you look at your account this tells you how to get photo verified

Can remember if it’s on the app version

Yes I know but he isn't verified, you have to have both to post videos.

I'm not photo verified and can upload videos. As far as I'm aware, the requirement is site supporter plus verification

It's not photo verification you need it is a meet veri and be a site supporter. You fit these criteria but the OP doesn't.
