Hi M here, i need help.

Me and J have been together for nearly 5 years and anal has only happened a hand full of times and even then it was not very good.

Firstly I'd say if you don't want to do it, don't do it. There are plenty of women who don't like it too. Just because lots like it on here, doesn't mean you will.

If you do though, perhaps try practicing on your own with fingers or a small toy? Take it slow, use lots and lots of lube, and try and relax

Good advice given already. Personally I like to be rimmed it really relaxes me. Take things in stages get used to being touched around that area. I can't stress enough lube and plenty of it! Try using a small vibrator to start and gently tease and insert. Don't rush it and relax.
