I am a bit perplexed by this

Outside of a club environment, I would have thought that most glory holes were in public toilets and frequented by gay / bi men.

I don't know of any regularly used by women and as you are straight, I think you will be hard pushed to find one suitable.

Might as well just crack one out in the train toilet.

It is a long journey after all, you'll need to break it up somehow

Try donkeydicksparties in Salisbury they have an amazing Glory Hole wall. Look on his profile he has some great pics of his glory hole in use.
