I know that many folk on here (most) will not meet or even chat to people WITHOUT verificatios. Understandable as so many fakes on here.

Anyone else been told they have too many?

I think it's only polite to display veri's you have been sent. Not to do so is like denying you met as though ashamed.

Some of mine are from party guests as I hold a fair few of these. Some are repeats. (Fair enough - some folk have left the site since so I'm probably 20+ down on real number).

Can you have too many? Is it right for people who are on a site to look for casual sex to judge you for being successful in doing this?

most lack the will to actually read..and I think by some of their readings I've actually shagged everyone I've met on the site..that includes the men,TV/TS

I don't think you have 'too many', I looked at the dates on some and if you had 4 veris from different people in one day from individual meets that might seem excessive (though I'd think you'd had a damn good time!) but it's pretty obvious that many of your same or close date veris are from parties. If people can't take the time to read what is there, instead of just looking at the overall number, then as keenfuck says above, fuck 'em.

Its not the amount of verifications that would be an issue for me but type of them can sometimes be offputting on a profile

Ps...not in anyway ashamed of my own,the people that gave them know that,I just don't feel any need to have them on display

If anyone bothers to actually read through your profile they will see that you host parties on a regular basis. Considering that there's usually at least half a dozen at any party I've been to I wouldn't call the amount you've met over almost two years excessive.

I don't mind people who think I have too many veris or meet too often voicing their opinions so long as they do it in the correct manner. That is by heading out their front door, locating my complaints department (recognisable as the nearest brick wall) and airing their grievances therein.

It's not right to judge but we all do it. You've just said it's not polite to hide verifications. That's a judgement in itself. I'm not ashamed of the people I've met, I just put more emphasis on privacy and discretion.

I don't think it's rude not to show them, mine are hidden because who I meet isn't your business, it's mine. Verification appears to be a must for most people. It's not for me. I'm happy to rely on my own instincts and not need to read references from other people. It's a bit like a film review... I'll decide whether I like a movie. I don't need someone else to do that for me.

My view on you showing your verifications is simply that it's your profile to show whatever you like. It's personal choice. Some will love reading about your sexual experiences, others won't. Some will accept that you're genuine simply by the little green tick that shows someone has verified that you're real. Some won't care if you don't have that little green tick and meet anyway because they rely on their own judgement.

It is indeed each to their own.

Number of visible veri's + number of hidden veri's + those you've lost due to people leaving the site, divided by number of years on site - months you hid your profile due to a stalker/dog dying x do you just meet for fun or socials too - multiple veri's from the same people + coffee meet veri's - webcam veri's cause after all they mean sod all + really old phone veri's for those that have been around since day on = who really cares what anyone else thinks!!!!

People leave/post/hide veri's for their own reasons - and if that attracts you or puts you off - so be it!!

Like all things 'Fab ' - it's personal preference!

Yes been told I have to many, some women wont meet guys who have met me and some guys wont meet cos of my list of veri's but at end of the day am happy to show them..i have met some lovely people on here and had some fantastic fun and for me its a confidence thing. Interesting thread topic. I never list the profile names of either Friends or Verifiers, and prefer it if my name is never listed too by them. Its really to protect people I like from being approached en-masse, as many on here seem to use those sources as "shotgun" mailing lists. I prefer to be approached by members who are finding me through the Browse capability, just as I research members in whom I'm interested via Browse. Just a personal preference, thats all. And a feeling that with my relationships, it was down to effort on my part.

I think it's polite to verify some one on here if you have met and especially if you have had sexual entanglements and enjoyed so people can show you are real and if they also enjoyed thefun you had so other people can consider you as a real player. Its the context of the said words about aperson that matters, If i read profile thats gives running commentaries of their sexual details on every veri laft, i dont bother with them.

A veri for me should include, they were genuine, a little desscription of the person, appearence, personality and how well the meet went, If you enjoyed the persons company and how they treated you. To me thats a good all rounder and much prefer to read them...

No, I do not think there is such a thing as 'too many' but - and I have to say this about yours, Chris - people generally give scant regard to what their published veris say about them when others read them. The message (if there is one) which comes over about your own, OP, says to me 'here is a guy who needs to justify himself'. The number you have on show is not the issue - it's what they 'say', and what they 'say' to me is that you haven't gone back over them and asked yourself what image it gives someone reading your profile for the first time. The sheer number 'could' put some people off, but for me that's not the issue. So many are from people you have met at the same party/club. Why do you need to have more than one for each event? You were there, someone has given you a veri, you got the kudos that comes with it. Do you need to have, in one case, four from the same thing?

Personally, I would be looking to show only the veris which demonstrate that I have been active for a period of time (which you clearly have) and which say something 'special'/unique about ME.

I can well understand someone rejecting you due to the sheer number - because there are so many they probably scanned to the bottom of the list and thought 'Sod that!'. People do it, and you won't change that.

Think I would be looking to show the veris which spoke about ME, rather than the parties I held, unless your raison d'etre for being here is to promote your parties as your priority.

Too many? No, shows the person meets if that's important for you to know. More than one from the same person? Off putting! Territory marking makes me nervous as I meet at my home and I don't want a deranged playmate stalking "her man" to my house thanks.

I avoid men with multiple verifications from women who want to "keep him to herself" like the plague!

Its quite possible. Primary instincts are hard to break after all. The same way I imagine many men who use dating sites are merely looking for sex.

Not necessarily true, people are put off by different things that don't seem logical on a swingers site: I'm guilty too.

If someone has "bareback" in their user name for example I'm put off. I'll protect myself as best I can and treat all meets like they bareback, but won't meet those that state they do: silly, but there you go. I like to dress playmates in lingerie, but I'm put off by men sending me pictures of themselves in lingerie.

think i may have a quarter of my veris on show prob they are the ones ive met with my fb/dom all the others that are hidden are a mixture of parties/cpls/single meets and it would be fair to assume theres a few but im not ashamed of any of them they are like my apprenticeship through fab lol they are hidden because they arnt relative to my present situation on here x

People leave/post/hide veri's for their own reasons - and if that attracts you or puts you off - so be it!!

I don't look at the numbers...aside from not really being arsed all the things you've said here highlight why it would be pointless to. I have had far more veri's than I currently have, but people have left the site. I have met more than I have received veri's from and had repeat meets with a number of guys so the veri's shown are really only a snapshot of my swinging life. If someone deems them to be too many I dread to think what they'd feel about the real number!

We don't have many but have hidden them & our friends list, only because a person we friended then proceeded to contact everyone on our list and ask questions about our veris x

I proud we've succeed in this circle, we've met some great friends and had some great sex, most of whom we re-meet x it's about having fun and enjoying yourself with as many people as your comfortable with x stuff everyone else xxx

in fact..I could almost double my verifications if I had my old profile back(not boasting)

it would read exactly the same really, a mix of parties,socials..

I really have a strong distaste for people that in my eyes, havent the foggiest clue about the scene

Someone might only have 2 or 3 veris on here but had sex with over 100 people in the vanilla world. Unless people ask their potential meets how many sexual partners they've had then there's no way of knowing.
