Couples viewing profiles multiple times a day, over weeks and never reaching out ?

Somewhere in Norfolk ask :)

I know this is a talked about topic a lot, I know lots of folk use this for free porn or at least to look at naughty pics but I understand if they view and think I’ll show my partner later so then it would be a couple of views but to view multiple times a day, every day for weeks? We find it rude and we end up blocking them because if they don’t want a meet or not interested in actually contacting us then we are not happy for our pics to be viewed multiple times? Be honest and kind fabbers is this normal or are we being too sensitive ? Polite answers only please x

Not sure why as my pics not that good. I do block if reply after a week or so. Do they know me,know who i am in real life, it could be anything. But to not even interact does do my head in.

This would make sense but we actually messaged most of them saying hi noticed you viewed us and maybe your shy but hello, message gets read and then deleted no reply. I just find it rude and will end up blocking them as I don’t expect reply’s from messages as that’s just fab for you but don’t ignore us and then look at us every day!

Yeah it’s frustrating and rude, we give them a few days to reply before we block as we know life gets in the way and sometimes one reads it and the other hasn’t but after that we just block. This whole swingers life is so much harder than it needs to be x

I have ADHD so often forget what I've read in a profile immediately so will go back numerous times until I've got it...thankful for stealth mode because people would think they had a lunatic stalker...equally, if I'm not interested and close the profile, I'll never ever look again...

Having said that, if people look at us day after day and never reach out, if we find them unappealing in some way, we do often block them...

So we didn’t block you for any other reason as not for us, we have three reasons for blocking, main one is people being rude, second is if we have had multiple messages and they haven’t taken the hint and third is quite simply it’s a way of removing people that we just not interested in and in a polite way as we don’t have to message them it just stops any contact either side. You haven’t done anything wrong just not for us but lovely talking to in the forum

There is actually a reason why couples look at profiles (often multiple times) without sending a wink or indeed a message. It is simply a way of getting you to message them. They won’t do it first as they fear being rejected so they look at your profile constantly and expect you to make the first move. It is a face saving way of assessing whether you are interested in them or not without the risk of them being told that they are not your type.

I think the notes part is quite handy but it’s just easier to block as then there’s no chance off accidentally contacting them again if it’s not a match and vice versa

We do sometimes review a profile a few times as we often look separately, then one of us will mention a profile to the other and the other may have previously looked at the profile but can't recall the specific person/couple, preferences etc. I also might refer to it multiple times while writing a message, then decide not to message after all for one reason or another.🫤

We had the same guy look at us at the same time every day for months. We figured when he'd finish work, he'd spend a few quality moments enjoying himself before his wife got home.

We didn't mind, it was funny in fact. As we said at the time, it's kinda flattering to be someone's go to porn in our late 50s.

Wouldn't say you're being overly sensitive OP, if you're not happy with something that's what the block button is for.

Personally we don't mind, they have their reasons for looking and we can control what they can see. The more frustrating behaviour is people sending friends requests after looking but without messaging, as if we're going to give them access to the other photos, but that's our pet peeve.

I'd agree with this entirely. Post a picture, multiple friends requests. It bothers me more than it should, I block every single one.

I suppose it's dichotomy of the site, you need to post content to attract those you want, and in doing so you also attract those you don't.

It would be helpful if viewing was set up the same as messaging and you could apply filters.

Some people might run saved searches, which would often return almost the same results each time, depending on who's around as well as logged in.

They might not recall the details of many of the results and their tastes may vary,as well as wanting to try and find someone when they are logged in.

I know we all think we're important but we won't potentially be anything but on the periphery of others' awareness, until there's been interaction.

You could always make contact, if you find them interesting. Otherwise, blocking keeps it clear

We get it quite often people looking at our profile multiple times a day we just put it down to they are looking to see if we have put on new pictures or videos or to have a read of our verifications or like others have said window shopping we don’t block them for it. We just see it as they obviously enjoy our profile and take it as a win

I think its quite simple. Mostn9n here are just after some vicarious excitement outside of their own normal lives ans have no actual intention of meeting anyone.

Just watching and maybe chatting is a thrill enough for them. Especially all those 'single' guys who can't accommodate.

Firstly ours is a joint account, so if someone catches our eye we will express this to our other half, then more than likely review it again. Secondly, sometimes we have people on our hotlist due to a nice pic , video or something they've said in forums, so again, we both might view that profile more than once. But I don't think we've viewed profiles to the "stalking levels!" Lol

It works both ways, we message guys and never hear back.

It works both ways, we message guys and never hear back.

If we notice someone looking a few times and there is no initiated contact from them, we sometimes reach out. What hacks us off though is is we have sent them a message and they don't read it but keep on looking, then that usually results in us blocking them.

If we are browsing and see a profile ( single male, female or couple ) that has amazing pictures, we will fab and watch as a compliment even if we / they are looking for different of type play meet that we are looking for even if there is no chance of us meeting.
