My friend had hers done in the UK, and they're perfect.

I think it's probably worth paying the extra to do it in your home country in case anything goes awry and so you can actually access aftercare and professionals you can understand 💜

I found ebay worked for me

Plus:

I can take them off and sleep on my front,

change size to suit,

take them off and tell a guy to fuck them whilst I put the kettle on

dont do it unless they are deformed through injury dont become a fake yours look natural and gorgeous my wife had hers totally removed due to cancer yes I miss them but shes still alive 17 years later dont mess with them they look great

We used spire, in Tunbridge wells, surgeon was superb, Absoluely not pushy, and she started by saying “if you want porno over inflated boobs, I’m not the surgeon for you”

6k nine years ago… and imo, they look natural…

Ignore those who say you don’t need them, it’s not about ‘need’ it’s about how you feel, if you want them… go get them!

I really want but the having to get replaced every 10-15 years was something I wasn’t aware of. And it’s a bit scary to think I might not be able to afford the replacement in future.

Trying to make peace with small boobs. But wife has the biggest natural boobs I’ve ever seen on a trans gal and I do get envious…
