So I'm curious to know...when people view your profile but don't message you, do you assume their not interested and ignore them or drop them a message to say hello?

If you view someone's profile and don't message them does it mean your absolutely not interested?

Am curious about how everyone approaches theses things

I've looked at your profile. I dont want to have sex with you. I looked out of curiousty to see who would ask such an odd question.

10 veri's been here over a year and yet ask something like that. If everyone who looked at my profile fancied me i'd be extremely lucky !

I don't bother looking to see who has viewed my profile.

I can say though that I tend to view profiles because I have seen the person comment in forums or in chat or because I have enjoyed a picture they have posted.

If I like the profile I may message them, or I might put them on my hotlist.

No it doesn’t. There are a myriad of reasons why I might be interested in a profile but not message.

I might be busy at the moment but will put them on a hotlist to get back to later. They might have done something that will attract attention (new picture, put up a meet I can’t make etc) - I usually wait for the crowds to pass as I know any message I send will get lost in the melee. They might have things on their profile that stop me from messaging them. They might have blocked single males or state on their profile that they don’t want single males etc.

Occasionally the latter is just a filter on their part and they will reach out if they want to.

Sometimes I only view a profile so that I can block them. Sometimes I accidentally open someone's profile while scrolling. If someone is interested they will message or wink.

It doesn’t mean anything, just that they viewed your profile. And I treat it as such.

I only message if they are in my hot list and they ‘tick my boxes’ & I think I tick theirs.

Thats pretty much what I was thinking but was curious as to what everyone else felt about it. Although I rarely message these days anyone unless I'm off to a rare club trip.

You have to look at profiles to see if you are interested. Someone looking at your profile means absolutely nothing.

Having said that most men seem to think it does.

I got so fed up of messages saying 'I saw you looked at me, do you want to meet' so I now view in ninja mode.

Earlier this evening I got checked out by a local couple. Returned a look at their profile and liked the look of it, and in all honesty the look of her ass so I messaged them. After a few brief messages they wanted a meet but it had to be tonight and I was already getting ready to meet friends. Such a great ass too.

well thats not entirely accurate is it? Nothing to stop the OP messaging the profile but i agree with not adding " you looked at my profile" as a reason to.

All depends on the profile itself. Is there anything substantial on there to give me something to start a conversation for example. If it’s just blank e.g. next to no text and/or pics, they have filters of which I don’t fall in or they say something in their bio that doesn’t sit well with me then I’ll pay no mind and move on.

On our couples profile we sometimes check who looked at us, and then have a look at theirs.

If you haven't logged on for a couple of days, then they'll have forgotten that they looked at you, so when they see that you've looked at them they'll have another look at you.

Which means next time we log on, we have a look at them.

Sometimes this cycle can repeat for weeks...

The point of viewing a profile is to see if there is an initial interest if they don't message then I assune they're not.

I stay in stealth mode now as it's just easier, I'll message if I'm interested and if I'm not then I don't.
