No, you posted the photos yourself in a publicly accessible forum you must expect people to see them.

It's a dick move.. but but not illegal.

You'd probably need to consult a legal professional to find out.

I'm not a legal expert but if its photos on an existing profile that existed and were consented to before you broke up I would say that's probably legal. Providing they have not subsequently asked you to take them off. Going of the principle these have been consented to, posted before the break up and no removal of consent received.

However if you use/post or repost any photo on a new or existing account post break up then I would say that could seen as revenge porn. Regardless of if was originally posted online and consented to. I would say say all rights and consent to future use of those photos by you ends when you split up. Unless of course you get get permission from her to keep using those photos post split (which seems not what most women would consent to after a split).

Like I said no legal expert but that how I would think it goes down. Either way without explicit consent post break up its a bit of a dick move to keep those photos up or post new ones regardless of where you stand legally.

Dude, it's your ex. Who the fuck cares? All the more reason to be thankful they're an ex.

The potential criminality doesn’t come from sharing your photos but from the intention in doing so.

If the intention is to cause you harm, alarm, distress, professional or reputational loss, it is an offence under the Prevention of Malicious Communications Act. The consequences are serious including up to 6 years imprisonment per offence.

Despite what some think the police take it seriously. But getting enough evidence to prosecute is difficult.
