advice on getting support wanted

Back after a break ive re-wrote my profile and then tweeked it a bit so any hints, tips, opinions or advice both good and bad would be greatly appreciated for instance I've shortened it a lot and put it less conversational (if there is such a word) and more to the point is it to short, am I missing anything or not be friendly enough etc... Thanks
