Maybe go see your GP/urologist who circumcised you/STI clinic?

That’s not a common after effect from being circumcised.

Cut at 19, as earlier poster said, pain when busting stitches when getting hard ons. After stitches were taken out, and I got used to the new extremely sensitive helmet, I had no pain when cumming. Although even now, 40 yrs later, my helmet is still sensitive are shooting my load.
