Thinking of suggesting a 3 way with the girlfriend, guy or girl.

The problem is always if you try and get her to do "X", whatever "X" is, then you're unlikely to end up doing "X" because she'll feel pressurised.

If you want your sex life to be more varied, then talk to her, and listen to her answers, and follow her where she wants to go (if anywhere).
