Wot is the correct way of asking for face pics ?? Had a few messages regarding a meet wiv couples when asked for a face pic ..,... No reply .. So wot do you do just turn up and hope for the best

I won't meet anyone without seeing a face picture first, people who expect to do so are unreasonable in my humble opinion.

Good question...I always attach one to a first message...If the recipient doesn't then I'll ask a few messages in. Only downside to that is they get shirty if I don't like what I see...

I didn't realise it was such an issue..... I wouldn't meet without one and i wouldn't expect someone to meet me without seeing one

"i cant share face pics because of work" is also something i find odd. Do these people wear masks to meets?!

I would not meet anyone ive not seen a recent pic of. many pic on here are out of date and don't portray an accurate image. I usually ask for pics to be emailed or text one taken there and then and I certainly wont reply to a message without face pic.

Same here, always attach one to the first message. I wouldn't expect a response if I didn't. As for asking, I'd say just ask; if peopleare serious, they'll be expecting it.

Same here. my profile asks for a face pic with any message, its surprising how many guys say they read it but dont send one. I wont meet without seeing a pic or them on cam. If they cant do either they got something to hide and I wont meet or chat to them

I've had similar experiences - I'm not really sure people always know what they want.

What I find really odd is when this happens when there is quite a distance between you anyway ...it's not like you're going to bump into each other...

Nothing surprises me on this site any more though

This isn't 'blind date'. I would send my pic (or 'friends request') and politely ask for face pic in return.

But then there's no guarantee the pic will be genuine - theirs not mine

No pic ... personally I would move on to another couple.

I rarely make first contact these days but i've never been one to insist on a face pic with an initial message. I prefer a bit of banter first to get an idea of the other party.

A great face pic is fine - but if they have the communication skills and personality of a braindead lab rat then I wouldn't be interested!

And having no urgency to swap pics does make for more relaxed interactions - but that's just me - everyone's different!

I've had no problems with people sending pics - it's me then saying no thank you that's the problem. I was called a time waster today because I explained this couple weren't what I was looking for.

We can't be attracted to everyone we talk to!

I always find having pics of other members comes in useful until you have seen the other parties pics.

Then if they are munters you haven't lost anything and if they're lovelies, well you can have a wank anyway

On a more serious note, what pleases one will piss someone else off.

Do what you are comfy with and whilst you will lose some, you will also hit the odd spot too - and in both cases you haven't compromised yourself or how you use the site.

If you have got to the point of exchanging face pics and you do not like what you see is it rude not to send yours. I don't send mine in that case but always feel a bit rude doing it.

Thanx for you views on this subject. We always have a get out clause after we send our pics " no worries if you don't get back" coz we know we ain't gonna be for everyone . But a simply no reply is just plain ignorant .

I always reply. As you say, its rude not to but I do not attach a face pic.

If you ask someone for a face picture in a message then its only right to send one attached to the message you are sending.

never had a problem anyone asking for my face photo, although would normally expect a bit of banter between us both first .. that way I can see if they are genuine or not

then have to hope that the photo isn't 10 years old !

There are two couples I have come across in the last week who state on their profiles 'if you ask for a face pic, you will be blocked, they want no names exchanged and no pics, just turn up and do the deed' classy eh?

Also if your seen by someone on the site, can't really see the harm for I stance if its a colleague or someone who lives you near you. Surely their here for the same reasons?

I don't think anyone I've ever chatted to (beyond the opening messages) has ever asked me for a face pic nor have I ever had to ask for a face pic.

As soon as a mutual connection is established then it's a friends invite (face pics and others are in friends only) from me mostly, and they then have the option to decline early on or keep chatting; if the chatting continues then it either goes on to a meet or not.

Refusing a face pic, would get a simple and very straight refusal from me to anything, even any more messages.

I like to know who I am talking to

We've started asking if they have face pics they'd exchange b4 sending ours as have previously sent ours then been told we don't send pics on here etc !

And if its an unverified couple we ask for cam instead.

There's no right or wrong but it's not blind date as you say and it helps to know who you're messaging

Im happy to send face pics to people im interested in,ive found that most people that are serious will be happy to do the same either by mail or cam

There has to be an element of trust from either party,complete paranoia about total privacy,or the im not sending you mine until you send me yours is a turn off

I have a very suspicious nature.

How else do you know who to greet in a pub first time? I forgot to wear my glasses once and my date changed her hair colour so it took us a while to recognise each other!

Has anybody ended up being blackmailed for being on a contact site?

Maybe some of us are worried that we might be sending our facepic to another family member / kid(whoops)

The solution is to point them to a public facepic on your own website or whatever.

That gives you double protection...

1) if it was a family member you can say somebody else must have sent the link for a lark...

2) You can deny to family/kids/blackmailer by saying they must have picked your pic from your website at random.

I will add lol for anybody who does not have a British sense of irony/humour...lol

There isn't really a correct way as people have different ways that work for them.

If we make first contact then we will attach a face pic to our message. If others choose to contact us then we like them to do the same.

If we don't get one after a couple of messages then we tend to move on. We won't ask more than once.

Some may consider us shallow but that's what works for us.

After 2 nasty experiences of someone stealing our pix we are very reluctant to trade face pix

We don`t have a problem exchanging Mob numbers & then a meet for coffee or drinks, some people take it the wrong way unfortunately.

I have a simple rule. If they message me first I expect a face pic. If I message them first I send one.

I will send a pic to someone who messages me if I have an intention in meeting them - otherwise I do not.

I never meet anyone whose face I have not seen.

Anyone who has a problem with this I do not meet and block so they can no longer contact me.

If a couples profile interests us we will send a message if we get a reply and we're still interested we will send a face pic and ask for one back. We don't ask for one without sending ours.

If we get a vibe that there's not enough of a spark then we say up front and appreciate when others are honest with us.

I never have this problem as I tend to only reply to messages with face pics attached and if I like I will reply also attaching a face pic... If I see someone I like, I will send a face pic with my first contact...

We do exchange face pics but like to find out a bit about the other party first. In the past we have swapped pics only to find we're not compatible after a bit of chat. Now we like to chat first until we think we would like to meet then exchange pics.

We have had people block us for not exchanging pics after literally two messages which we thought was unreasonable but each to their own

I am open for single guys to invite to my get togethers. The problem is not hardly any one will send a face picture. They will send full body, frontal, cock, camera in front of face, and anything else but. There is absolutely no way I will meet anyone ever without seeing the persons face 1st. They also cant mind chatting on email a little to get some kind of idea of what kind of person they are. The guys get mad but I have full say as to who I am going to be playing with I don't see why they do not under stand?????

We only give out face pics if we intend to meet. If the other person then decides not to, no problem. We know we're not everyone's cup of tea lol x if your offended by a refusal, your on the wrong site xx this is all about a little fun with people your attracted too.
