Are you fresh out of a relationship or have some baggage left over?

Could be stress or something else psychological. See your GP there’s a great range of medications and they work wonders.

Maybe add some kink to the mix too xx

Have a look to see if your work has an employee assistance programe that normally offers a few councilling sessions and that could highlight what your blocker is?

Make menopause is a real thing that does affect many men. Loss of libido is common. Speak to gp as someone mentioned earlier

Age.. simple really. Embrace it and go at your new pace.

The right partner is everything.

Maybe try meeting a soft swap partner / partners for a while. Having a little solo fun with someone can also help you build up to something else. Probably not easy to find, but the outcome could be worth the effort.

mate I feel for you.

don't overthink it, that will just make you more anxious and it wont be enjoyable even when you do

I assume you and your partner love each other, so try other things, mutual masturbation, oral etc, see what happens

You likely struggled once and now the psychological affects are, you’re thinking about that time which is causing you to become anxious about not fulfilling either yours or your partners needs.

Speak to someone regarding it, Gp, talking therapies.
