We are thinking about exploring in clubs (west Yorkshire) but we don't know where to start about thinking what the do's and don'ts are.

We know our rules and boundaries, only a F joining us. How do we vocalise that within play rooms or do we stick to private and only invite in and lock the doors etc

Unlike in real life, nobody in a club gets irate if you turn them down provided you're not a dick about it

My advise is going to clubs just to play with each other initially, and watching others.

This more slow approach made it easier for us to find what we wanted and how to go about getting it.

Always communicate and saying no is OK. Your thing is not my thing my thing is not your thing and that's why the community is so good. If people feel hurt by that then that's on them. 😀

If I'm understanding right you're asking about how to keep your boundaries in open areas or group play rooms.

People often over think this. But it's really just pain simple talking. If you're aproach by someone you don't want to play with you quietly (to save them face) and politely say no thanks. Any swinger worth their salt will understand this, not take offence and more on. Its no big deal, they key is to just be politely assertive.

Obviously if people approaching you and you having to say no to people is a bother then a private room and private invite is a better option.

However you do it just remember you can't go wrong as long as you're clear with how you communicate to people.
