So we have some air b n b rooms that are based on health like spas etc but have been thinking of doing a bdsm type set up and air b n b do not let you clearly mark it is that type of property it would be based in Croydon and wanted to know if anyone knows where elese we can advertise it and what sort of rate is achievable

Plenty of places, but you can advertise on there fine, just have to be clever with your words and photos.

There are social sites catering to the BDSM scene, advertise their, plus up your game on the usual social media sites, a sleek page looking fab can help, sharing posts and word of mouth goes a long way in the BDSM world.
