Hello everyone,

Im new to the scene and would like some advice on my profile please?

Everyone i message or try and connect with just ignores me or deletes the message entirely. Is there something im doing wrong or this just how it goes??

Hey OP,

Your age could be factor. It won't be for everyone. Are you reading profiles before sending a message? Making sure you fit what they are looking for? Some people dont use message filters for age etc but doesn't mean they aren't looking for certain things.

You've only be on here 3 weeks, it does take time.

Ahh okay i did think my age might be a problem and in terms of reading profiles, I am definitely paying attention because of how new i am aha. Think i should just give it some time?

Hi op, it's hard for single men on here due to the numbers of other men here.

Your age may be a barrier for some, but when you do a search, tick the box that says I match what they're looking for & it will bring up those who don't mind people your age.

Relying just on fab isn't always easy now, try and get to an organised social or a club if you can. It's a great way to meet new people face to face.

Some people won’t reply if someone isn’t verified. So get in cams and get verified. Get chatting on the forums.

There's nothing really wrong with your profile, you just haven't wowed anyone yet, not many people will respond to your messages because they don't like you enough, it is what it is, bit like chatting people up in a bar, most won't be interested because they are not attracted to you, simple.

OP it’s a decent profile. As others have said, you may find your age restricts you but there are increasing numbers of younger people about and many others aren’t that fussed.

It does take time as others have said. Consider using the forum, look at socials and club nights nearby and keep positive with your messaging.
