Convincing isn’t that right language to use. She will want to or not and you need to respect that.

There is if one of them isn't 100% in. Which is why "convincing" someone to do it who doesn't really want to is a terrible idea.

Swinging as a couple only works if both of you are fully invested in it and actually want to do it. If you're not both all-in, someone is inevitably going to get hurt at some point

It’s something really you both need to find a way to discuss and see if she’s comfortable with it.

If she is move at a pace she’s ok with don’t force or push anything and let her go as far as she wants

Unusually there is some very good advice here. It is not worth wrecking your relationship over this if both parties aren't in agreement.
