Have you gone through the age assurance process?

Just a quick update on this.

Firstly, thanks to the over a hundred thousand users who have gone through the process already during testing and helped us refine the Age Assurance 18+ experience.

- All new UK users must age assure to use Fab.

- All existing users must go through the process too (other than those who have already undertaken an action -- see below).

- If you have already undertaken an action which is classified as a "highly effective method" of age assurance (for example, recently accessing the site by an adult unlocked phone, upgrading by text from an adult unlocked phone or upgrading by credit card), then your account will be flagged as age assured.

We will also be rolling out age assurance to Irish users (who have a similar law going live in a few days) and rest of world (since we believe it makes the site safer for all users).

Any feedback on the methods please add to the feedback thread.

PS. there's an "age assurance" link at bottom of homepage of site you can follow to read more information and check your own account age assurance.

If you are not age assured it will be highly obvious since you will not be able to see any content, send message or make use of our service.
