So I always love to be super clean when meeting guys. So I douch using a shower attachment... I flush myself out then an extra one for luck. Once dried off I give myself a little lube and insert a toy just to stretch myself ready for any potential action but when using a beaded dildo I end up collecting a lot of brown mucus on the beads... I guess thats the lube & poop... Am I douching wrong, over doing it or something else.

Any advice would be greatly received

Not just douching but making it easier is eating the right fibre foods and not eating loads before a big planned session

Vaginal douche is bad. Never do this.

Douching is not recommended by the medical profession.

My recommendation is for the other party to wear a condom and accept that some fecal matter is part and parcel of anal sex.

Bend over, bucket of water fairy liquid and your missis on a stool with a sponge and par of marigolds

Recommend goose fat or lard to help the glove slide up, good picking and scrub soon be clean x

my shower one has an adjustable pressure... Bulb one more water goes down the drain that in my ass...unless that's because I'm a tight ass. pun intended.

Shower ones can put far too much water up there.

I do 'pre-douching' with a finger and some water based lube up there. Wait 20 minutes and you'll need to go.

Then at it with a bulb or very carefully with the shower attachment.

This!! Douching can also affect the microbiome as well as causing damage to the mucous membrane and increase the risk of STI transmission.

More fibre and tops accepting that if they go down the hole expect to see the rabbit.

If you have to do it, less water and wait 20 minutes and pass stool again to get all the water out. Try crouching to make it move through the colon. But it really isn’t necessary.
