"It sounds as if the woman had a head injury of some sort if she has dizzy spells and short term memory loss. Do nothing, she's vulnerable and sometimes a head injury can change someone's personality. Avoid being alone with her if you can. " This^^^

" Could be true, but does that mean that anybody who has a head injury should never have sex again? she sounds lonely and just wants some male company, obviously take it slow and let her make the first move but if you're attracted to her why not have some mutual fun.

" No it doesn't mean that they should never have sex. It does mean that their vulnerability shouldn't be exploited.

" It's a difficult one because there's nothing as annoying as having had an accident and then finding that everyone treats you as a child who can't take their own decisions. And that's true even for someone who's personality has changed. The key thing is to be certain that she understands 100% what she is getting in to. She may have decided that after a brush with mortality it's time to have some fun. But you need to be very sure.
