Hi and welcome.

I'd say that your profile could do with a little work. People won't 'hit you up' without a bit more information, there are loads of profiles that give more detail about what they want, who they are and what they offer (in terms of meeting) without having to ask.

I guarantee that 99% of people just close and move on to the next when reading a profile that guarantees 99% won't read it.

It doesn't say or show much OP. As a general rule people who are looking to interact with men are pretty overwhelmed with options being flung haphazardly into their inbox. If they look at a profile that doesn't tell them anything positive about potential compatibility, they'll just move on to the next and hope it's easier than having to directly ask the most basic questions 💜
