Have you tried going to the group socials first? Much easier to chat to people on neutral territory without any assumptions of play on the table

Dudley...kinda

Be patient and don't go in too hard.

But believe it or not saying "hey, it's my first time at a club and I'm a bit nervous, any tips you could give?" Is a phenomenal ixe breaker.

Take the tour if the club offer one.

Take a friend, honestly I'm so shy and so low in confidence. I can't stand the thought of someone I don't know seeing my tummy.

But when you have someone with you it helps so much.

I've read somewhere presenting a woman with a piece of cheese can lead them to finding you fascinating or was it facesitting??? Either way you'd be remembered

Sometimes in life you’ve just got to put your big boy pants on and go for it

Accept rejection is a possibility and remember it’s better to have tried than always think what if

If you can find the courage just go and ask a couple who might be seated if you can sit with them for a bit as it’s your first time. Most people will say yes.

Everyone is there for the same reason so nobody will be put out if someone talks to them. You often find people are relieved as they were too shy to talk to people.

I don’t think there are any tips OP other than just getting out there and saying hello.

I know it is not easy being a single guy in a club but if you actually manage to walk through the doors then you are doing better than the vast majority of people so chalk that down as a big win.

Just be yourself, say hi and don’t be pushy - normal rules really - and someone will respond.

I find that you can often kick off a conversation if you are just sitting in a communal area (the bar, a pool etc) and making small talk as people come and go.

😂

"You may fascinate a woman by giving her a piece of cheese"

From a spells, charms and incantations book apparently.

To be fair I reckon that could work 😂🧀

You have a verification dated June 3rd from someone who met you in person at a saints and sinners party, she comments that you were a great player.

I’m a bit confused….
