It does depend on what you do for work - if you're doing manual work with lifting etc it's not really a good idea.

Away from work though, I've worn mine a week at a time. I'm always in chastity unless at work these days as my partner requires it.

The cage I was in was metal and relatively open so it was possible to wash reasonably.

Locked 24/7.

Work, sleep, excersise with cage on.

Use either metal or 3D cage, open style that are easy to keep clean whilst showering or bathing.

Cage removed every two to three days for deep clean and quickly back on.

I was caged during the first Covid year for loctober and and relished the denial. No matter how much I tried just couldn't wear my cage during the night. So apart for cleaning once a week and sleeping, I was always caged.

However, current personal circumstances means that being caged doesn't happen often enough.
