I’m looking for advice for my sub from those that have successfully trained their way to comfortable penetrative sex from the debilitating affects of Vaginismus. It’s the physical dilation training I’m interested in, the mental side of the treatment is going well. She’s been a good girl and can relax with me but still needs to get used to girth and length to make sex pain free.

Any recommendations for dilating kits, lubes, training regimes, use of dildos..

I have no recommendations as I failed miserably with all of this; but do not underestimate how important your support is, especially when things get tough. Sending lots of supportive thoughts.
