It's so you can keep track of people you're interested in, or have spoken to previously but won't be meeting in the near future... That's how we use ours, anyway.

You can use it how you want. Some use it to keep track of party/event hosts, others use it almost like a block list, we use it to keep people that we'd love to meet but are too shy to message.

It’s as it states. A list of you feel are hot so you can see their posts. Or some people use it as. “not list”
