Taking flirting further

Ok so bit of advise needed - So when you have someone flirting with you, who's married or as a partner how do you take it further?

If you get the signals wrong it could go horribly wrong or by not moving it on you could be missing out on the fun.

I'd say don't. As I'm guessing it's a "vanilla", not Fab, environment. Some people like flirting but they are not prepared to take it further.

I’m inclined to agree

In what form does the flirting take OP? It might add more context to it.

I think a bit of flirting in the right situation makes the day a little brighter, so it could just be that. Or the more obvious type of flirting that demonstrates what you're thinking, without saying the exact words.

U think the flirting might just be them being friendly?

When do u know the friendly banter could turn to more.

Flirting is a core part of human engagement but doesn't indicate that people are after sex with you.

Take it as a warm fun aspect of being with them.

And seriously consider your perspective on cheating, particularly with people who you hold dear in your life. For many this is a very clear red line.

Yes it might be exactly that, they're being friendly. Flirting is just a bit of fun and I'd say, it makes the majority of people smile or feel good about themselves. All of course, if done in the right context.

Married/partnered people sometimes flirt because they think it's safe to do so, imagining he other person knows there's a boundary there.

At other times they're doing it because they want to take things further.

I'd say just ask if they want to carry it on privately. But why you'd voluntarily put yourself up for potential drama is beyond me.

Being friendly etc doesn’t mostly mean anything other than what it is
