They are just a very different feeling. First time it will feel very alien as skin is essentially getting sucked. You have to increase the suction you can take but once used to it both the tightness of suction and resulting sensation does usually get more than a giggle

a wand is a wand - the pump simply increases blood flow to the lips/clit .. you need to lube the skin to avoid over tightness but it get you very sensitive to the touch as a result
