Verifications not working

Been verified numerous times on here and they haven’t come through on my account. Anyone potentially know why? Or has anyone experienced this? Strange because it’s worked in the past

The only reason verifications won't work is if the person trying to leave you one doesn't match your preferences (gender or age) or if they're using the same wi-fi as you.

Or of course if people are telling you they've left one but haven't.
