Hi,

I like to be as honest as possible on my profile and,as I'm a size 18/20,I state I'm fuller figured but,I'd li

ke to know if it would be better to class myself as a BBW as I've seen this used quite often?

Many Thanks and happy swinging! x

It doesn't really matter how you describe yourself because people will assess you themselves.

Just put a full body pic on your profile because as they say, a picture paints a thousand words

I hate the term BBW but what the hell else is there ? I had fat on my previous profile and ended up with lots of fatty haters and I eventually left . I clearly state I'm large build and my dress size..but there's more to me than how others class me/i class myself. Your beautiful and a woman...that's the important part x

Some people would take shape into consideration with dress size and also height plays a factor in determining what people think.

Best thing, as others have said, is a full body pic on public photos and people can make up their own minds

For me it depends on how you class yourself not what others think.. I was a size 20-22 when we started swinging and I always classed myself as a 'curvy' or a 'big girl'. For me the term BBW give an image of a woman that is of a larger size and totally happily with what she see's in the mirror..I have always thought that the beauty in the BBW is the confidence that the woman exudes. I was not that person so I never labelled myself that way.

I live by the rule of working with my own opinion of myself not others labels. Go with how you see yourself...bugger the rest!!

These days I'm a 16 with a smile and shrinking

Just wanted to say Thanks to you all for your positive comments. Im very happy being me (although I wouldn't object to waking up a size 14!!) so in the mean time I'll celebrate my curvyness!!xx

I don't like the phrase "BBW". Is a size 6 - 10 Lady automatically an "SBW" and a size 12 - 18 Lady a "MBW"

Some Girls are larger than other Girls, Some Girls are more attractive than other girls, just as it is with men.

Why label yourself ?

Yes. If 'average' is size 16 then your larger than average

I am Size 16/18 and class myself as a BBW.

To me, it is better to be informed I do not qualify as one, than to be told I am more than "curvy" and should call myself a BBW instead!

Twisted logic, I know!

In my opinion size 18/20 is clearly more than just 'fuller figured' - if a guy exaggerated his cock size to that extent then he'd be slated. 18/20 is well into the BBW area.

I always believed 'full figured' was an American expression (aren't they all?) and simply meant a larger woman. BBW means the same ... so it's a kind of 'sofa or settee' situation. Which term do you prefer?

But as someone else said earlier, why not put a full body shot of you (doesn't have to be naked) and your dress size on your profile? Then people can make their own assessment as to whether you're someone they'd be interested in playing with.

To BBW or not to BBW, that is the question..... I don't think it matters what label you place on yourself someone else is going to put a different label on you. Personally I like the more curvaceous lady wether they say there plump, fuller figured, chubby, fat or anything else. It's not what your classes as, it's wether your found to be attractive as a person

Why label yourself? If you don't have photos just note your dress size and height and that gives people a rough idea though it doesn't explain body shape. Photos are easier in my opinion.

I dislike the phrase because of the word 'beautiful'

Big woman dies what it says in the tin and to be fair us largely an objective comment

Beauty is subjective

We need to stop 'pandering' to fat people. I was a size 18/20, fat, miserable and unfit.

But I was fat

Now I'm overweight. I class myself as 'athletic' because I'm not slim or curvy but I exercise and have defined muscles in my arms and legs. But I'm not beautiful and wouldn't claim to be

I've been all sizes from a 8 to a 32.. at all sizes I am me.. currently I'm really fat.. I don't refer to myself as anything.. I'm just me... I have always got recent photos on...

However women should be allowed to feel sexy what ever their size.. I'm not really unfit... Can swim 38 lengths in 35mins.. can do 5k in 40mins.. and do a 1 hour step class without needing to be given oxygen. But I will be fitter when I'm 7 stone lighter

im not keen either but I use it in my name so that initially most people understand what they might be getting, theres no written rule, some might not think we are big and some might not think were beautiful....in my description I give my dress size etc.... and the rest is up to them...oh and me

Would'nt say larger!..Id rephrase to more than average!..as stated in previous comments..to some size matters..some the majority it does not!..There is beauty in all of us no matter what dress size we are..I hate labels also..the best of a person is what is inside..You GO GIRL!.. celebrate your beautiful curves!.. Embrace them..!..others will aswell!..Be confident in who you are and what you look like..thats the ultimate turn on!...You are BEAUTIFUL!..be you! x

"Never understood the reasoning calling it big beautiful woman... why should they have the beauty aspect attached to them just because their overweight."

I totally agree. I would never ever call myself beautiful, that's for others to decide. I give my dress size on my profile and class myself as curvy. I've been bigger and working hard to get smaller

Depend whether you consider yourself to be 'beautiful' as the term implies....in reality just because a woman is 'big' it does not automatically follow that she is beautiful. The trouble is we have all adopted the American way of applying labels where none are needed. As there is not photo on your profile to give you a true appraisal, you have to decide for yourself...or put up a pic and say 'this is me, no label required' then if people don't like what they see they can simply jog on.

I'm a size 16 and consider myself to be a bbw. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Ive recently dropped a stone and a half and went from an18/20 but my ( now ex) partner didn't like it.

I also dislike the term bbw, it suggests people are either beautiful BECAUSE they are big, or that everyone who is big is beautiful. I find it massively off putting when guys message me saying they love BBWs or love 'fat girls', I don't want a bloke to fuck me just cos I'm a big girl!

Somewhere near NE Derbyshire/S Yorkshire/Nottinghamshire border

A person's size is irrelevant, so what if you have a larger body size, you describe yourself how you want, people get labeled enough in life anyway.

BBW / voluptuous / curvy

Who cares, it's the person inside we all wanna meet

Mick xx
