Hello. Again. I posted recently about not having sex in 5. Years but there a little more to it than that .i been recently diagnosed with crohns and I am in and out of hospital like a yo yo. The meds I am on did for a time stop my sex drive but it came back. Probably not the place to discuss but I am an open person. I did mention I wanted a fwb but really all I want is some company. People say join a dating app you will get further. Trust me I been on them they are more of a challenge than here. I feel like we live in a world now full of picky people. Now I know I am not the worlds most attractive people and not even close to what women want.

I am positive but I have an uphill battle with my illness and the constant no thanks I get off women on a daily basis and not off here. I do not always try. Though there is periods I will try in all apps for 2 months and all I get is ghosted or no my type. That’s not just here by the way. The ones that do respond seem to want to act out a fantasy and never meet. I think what the point . Anyway rant over. I will be off on holiday soon perhaps I might get some company when I am away

Crohn's is debilitating I know, a former colleague suffered.

Some people do find companionship on fab, it's not uncommon but I think you might be looking in too narrow an area. If you genuinely want friends you might be better off looking in places where sex and relationships aren't the main focus. There are social groups on Facebook for different areas of the country, maybe something like that would suit you along side fab and dating apps.
