I paid my five pound, it shows on my phone bill as pre authorised charge.

Can someone please respond. I filled in a form and got sent a message to fill in the form but still am not sure supporter.

Can someone please look into this x

I'm guessing if it's showing as pre authorised it means the payment hasn't actually gone through yet.
