"So when I first message, meet or just do anything new. I’m awkward as hell. I either over talk or go quiet ish, and always over think. I can’t help it. How would you deal with someone like me? " I don't think it's a case of 'dealing' with you but more about trying to help you relax. I'm nervous about meeting new people or doing new things and it's fairly obvious to me when someone else is. Trying to put them at ease helps me.

"I am on the autistic spectrum and ADHD so I am open about it as can get distracted half way through a sentence. Sat with a couple in a pub by the Thames answering a question and saw I a duck with her babies . I was like oooh look a the duckies, they are so cute. Forgot to go back to the question. Some people like me as they think I am quirky, some block me as they think I am mental " My ex (F) had ADHD, it takes some time to figure out how to work with ADHD types but it's not impossible. I'd have been there cooing over the duckies with you! And you're NOT mental, that brain just works a little different. It can be adorable, and I know it's frustrating for you as well as others but when you find someone that understands, it'll be magical.

" It's ok to be nervous the first time you do new things, kinda normal. Just know that you're meant to be there and the person you're meeting wants to be there and wants YOU to be there. Keep it light and casual, try to take your brain off the hook and just be genuine and friendly. Look for common interests and stay in the moment.
